Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations through Warehouse Supervisors, ensuring smooth execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
- Optimize warehouse processes to improve productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement.
- Develop effective manpower planning and deployment strategies to maximize workforce productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and workplace health and safety practices.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and customer escalations through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Work closely with Inventory, Transport, Customer Service, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and service excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Warehouse Supervisors to build a high-performing, accountable, and results-driven warehouse operations team.
What We’re Looking for:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or executive leadership role.
- Proven ability to improve warehouse productivity, optimize processes, and manage KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, WMS, and logistic processes.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
