Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth in the logistics and shipping industry.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and identify potential opportunities.
  • Regularly update sales reports, pipeline activities, and account status.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in Sales in the logistics and shipping industry.
  • Sales driven and able to achieve over the monthly target of 3 times GP of salary pay.
  • Customer-focused, proactive in maintaining relationships and follow-ups in a competitive market
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
