Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth in the logistics and shipping industry.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and identify potential opportunities.
- Regularly update sales reports, pipeline activities, and account status.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate:
- SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in Sales in the logistics and shipping industry.
- Sales driven and able to achieve over the monthly target of 3 times GP of salary pay.
- Customer-focused, proactive in maintaining relationships and follow-ups in a competitive market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
