Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound, outbound, and customer orders accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring compliance with operational procedures and customer service KPIs.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, loading, and shipment execution.
- Monitor order cut-off times and prioritize order releases to ensure on-time processing and efficient warehouse operations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, order amendments, shipment discrepancies, and service-related issues, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide proactive shipment status updates and maintain clear, timely communication with customers throughout the order fulfilment and delivery process.
- Support customer onboarding, operational implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year working experience in warehouse / logistics or supply chain operations.
- Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of Warehouse Operations, Order Fulfilment Processes, and Shipping Documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
