The Company

We are partnering with one of the top-ranking logistics service providers who has extensive global presence that offers comprehensive logistics solutions.

The Ocean Customer Service Executive will be responsible for:

  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow and meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate daily ocean export and import operations and communicate with clients, service providers and internal team.
  • Prepare required documents for international transportation.
  • Ensure job completion regarding AR/AP status for accurate month-end finance closing.
  • Source and negotiate cost-effective rates from carriers, co-loaders, and NVOCC.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with agents, carriers, co-loaders, and service providers.
  • Work with team on meeting KPI standards, as per company’s procedures.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

The Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in any field, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge of ocean freight products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
