Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS) and logistics-related systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, coordinate timely resolution.
- Support users on system transactions, operational processes, and application-related enquiries.
- Manage system configuration, user access, master data updates, and application maintenance.
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Billing, Customer Service and IT teams to improve system processes.
- Support system testing (UAT), enhancement projects, and new system implementations.
- Prepare system documentation, user guides, and conduct user training when required.
- Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to manage issue escalations and system enhancements.
- Ensure applications remain reliable, effective, and aligned with business requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in application support, system support, or IT Operations.
- Experience supporting WMS, TMS, warehouse, or supply chain systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of system configuration, database concepts, reporting tools, or integration support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
