Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve inventory management processes to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Optimize inventory flow to enhance productivity while reducing manpower requirements and operating costs.
- Manage WMS inventory setup, master data, and process configuration for new customer implementations.
- Analyze inventory performance, investigate stock discrepancies, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, and Customer Service to deliver efficient inventory solutions for multiple customers.
- Drive inventory accuracy through effective cycle counts, stock audits, process standardization.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Inventory Control within a 3PL or Contract Logistics environment.
- Experience in customer onboarding, warehouse implementation, or inventory process design is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Processes, Warehouse Operations and Process Improvement.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
