Export Operations

The Company

Our client is a fast-growing integrated logistics service provider with a strong regional presence across SEA region. They offer end-to-end supply chain solutions, including transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and cross-border logistics.

The Export Operations will be responsible to:

• Arrange and coordinate sea freight export shipments, ensuring timely delivery to destinations.
• Handle and complete documentation related to sea freight operations, including customs declarations K2, K3, K8, K9 and other required paperwork.
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers and partners involved in sea freight operations to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Track order status, coordinate shipping and delivery details, and ensure orders are completed as planned.
• Accurately input and update shipment data in the system to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare export permit health certificate application.
• Assist the team in resolving operational issues during sea freight processes to ensure successful cargo movement.
• Monitor cargo transportation and promptly address any issues to ensure safe and timely delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight export operations and related areas preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with suppliers.
• Proficient in office software and relevant logistics systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
• Strong service orientation, with the ability to respond and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Responsible, proactive, ability to manage tasks independently and meet tight deadlines.
