Our client is an end-to-end cross-border supply chain and logistics solutions provider, utilizing digital technologies designed for future business. The company offers integrated and configurable logistics solutions through an extensive global network.
As the Customer Experience Agent, you will play a critical role in shaping how customers perceive the company. You will own the customer journey with the company – from schedule enquiry to booking arrangement, from submitting Shipping Instruction to invoice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Arranging booking as per requirement.
- Maintaining documentation related to shipping activities.
- Communicate and liaise with importers, exporters, shipping lines and overseas partner through phone and email.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding/NVOCC/liner companies.
- At least 1+ years of experience in ocean export/import operations.
- Good understanding of shipping and logistics, and export/import documentations and procedures.
- Experience in handling USA shipments is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling import shipments is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Chinese is an added advantage.
