The Company

Our client is one of the dynamic and growing global logistics companies with its presence around the globe.

Reporting to the Global Head of Solution Design – Contract Logistics, the Client Solutions Analyst – Contract Logistics will be responsible to gain new business and maintain existing customers. Organize commercial rates, client collateral, and customer relationships efficiently.

The Role

  • Represent Contract Logistics unit internally and externally.
  • Handle customer inquiries, assess opportunities and establish pricing and proposals for new business.
  • Manage the entire RFQ process, providing support for new clients until handoff to IT and Operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create, maintain, and renew contracts.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews for large clients in APAC.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials.
  • Utilize company data platforms.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Customer facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service and customer solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
