The Company

Our client is a global logistics and supply chain company with operations across multiple regions. The company focuses on delivering reliable end-to-end solutions for their customers while developing a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.

The Branch Manager will be responsible to:

  • Drive sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Maintain strong relationship with clients 
  • Develop and implement the company’s business strategy for the country
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Oversee daily operation including sales marketing, logistics and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
  • Monitor KPI and ensure efficiency across departments 
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and performance report to Senior Management
  • Communication effectively with other branches to align strategies. 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, customer service, and sales management.
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
